Supported the delivery of Lacoste's large-scale takeover of key regional flagship stores, including Frasers Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, and Meadowhall, coordinating the successful execution of a four-week retail activation.

Acted as a key liaison between Frasers and Lacoste's Visual Merchandising teams, facilitating cross-functional communication, resolving operational requirements, and ensuring brand standards were consistently maintained throughout the activation.
